Returns
Due to the nature of aquaculture products, medicines, probiotics, chemicals, feed supplements, and related items, returns are generally not accepted once products have been delivered or collected.
However, returns may be considered under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged during delivery.

The product received is incorrect or does not match the order placed.

The product is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Any such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or receipt along with clear photographic or video evidence for verification.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases. Once the issue has been reviewed and verified by our team, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or any mutually agreed alternative method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund process to be completed.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, Dr. Rags may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to product availability and the nature of the issue reported.
Cancellation Policy
Orders that have already been confirmed, processed, packed, or dispatched cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests may only be considered before order processing begins.
